Minnesota's Ryan Hartman has been suspended for 10 games for roughing. This took place on February 1ˢᵗ in a game between Minnesota Wild and Ottawa Senators when Hartman used his arm to slam Tim Stützle's head into the ice.

An official from the NHL comments on the situation; "Hartman contends that he is attempting to use his hand to regain his balance using Stützle for support, and that their fall to the ice is accidental... We disagree"
While a 10 game suspension may seem excessive, Hartman is a repeat offender. He's previously been suspended 4 times throughout his career, which is why the Department of Player Safety has deemed the suspension appropriate. Let us know what you think in the comments below.
